Gurugram: DTCP cancels another project licence of Ocean Seven Buildtech
The Directorate of Town and Country Planning (DTCP) cancelled the licence for Ocean Seven Buildtech's OSB Golf Heights project in Gurugram due to construction delays and regulatory violations. This is the second licence cancellation for the developer, which has only completed about 10% of the project. Buyers now face uncertainty, as the DTCP's takeover could lead to further actions.
