Gurugram: HERC orders audit of ATS Triumph's power bills since 2019, directs refund of excess charges
The Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (HERC) ordered an audit of power bills for ATS Triumph in Gurugram since May 2019, directing a refund of excess charges. The commission held Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam accountable for inadequate billing enforcement. HERC's order requires compliance within 90 days, or the developer's bank guarantee of ₹8 crore will be encashed.
