Gurugram: RWA escalate protest over delayed maintenance handover at BPTP Park Serene, to withhold payments
Residents of BPTP Park Serene in Gurugram decided to withhold common area maintenance payments due to delays in the handover of maintenance services from the builder, BPTP. The residents allege the builder has introduced conflicting clauses in the handover agreement, leading to unjustified charges, costing them around ₹2 crore annually. The RWA demands an immediate resolution to these issues.
