Gurugram tops luxury housing market by launch value at ₹1.38 lakh crore, despite fewer units; Bengaluru follows at ₹1.30 lakh crore
Gurugram led India's luxury housing market in 2025, achieving a launch value of ₹1.38 lakh crore across 23,809 units, averaging over ₹6 crore each. Bengaluru followed with ₹1.30 lakh crore from 72,250 units. The growth in luxury housing, especially homes priced above ₹5 crore, indicates a significant market shift, with Gurugram contributing nearly 60% of NCR's total sales.
