HC pulls up Uttar Pradesh housing agency over delay in compliance with UP-RERA order
The Allahabad High Court reprimanded the Uttar Pradesh Awas Evam Vikas Parishad for failing to comply with a UP Real Estate Regulatory Authority order regarding a recovery certificate. The agency issued a cheque for ₹23.71 lakh instead of the ₹26.58 lakh mandated. The court has summoned the Housing Commissioner to explain this discrepancy during a video conference on Tuesday.
