HDFC Bank is considering an appeal against a National Company Law Tribunal order that approved a repayment plan for Subhash Chandra, allowing him to pay ₹6.25 crore on ₹22,000 crore in guarantees. The bank's claim represented 3.2% of total claims and was inherited from HDFC Ltd. A decision on the appeal is expected soon.
