Hero MotoCorp to raise stake in Ather Energy with ₹1,000 crore additional investment
Hero MotoCorp will invest up to ₹1,000 crore in Ather Energy to increase its stake, currently at 29.48%, through a preferential allotment of new shares. The investment aims to enhance Ather's capabilities in designing smart electric vehicles and associated infrastructure, following a significant revenue increase for Ather in Q4 FY26. The transaction is expected to complete within 15 days after receiving necessary regulatory and shareholder approvals.
