HoABL, NITCO enter into JV for 40-acre, ₹4,500-crore premium mixed-use project in Alibaug
The House of Abhinandan Lodha Estate Holdings Pvt Ltd (HoABL) partnered with NITCO Limited to develop a 40-acre mixed-use project in Alibaug, projected to generate ₹4,500 crore. HoABL expects to earn ₹3,000 crore while NITCO anticipates ₹1,500 crore over five years. The project will include luxury apartments and a boutique hotel, with further details forthcoming.
