Hyderabad: Consumer panel orders developer of Oyster Blue Elite to return sale deed, pay compensation
The District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission-I in Hyderabad ordered the developer of Oyster Blue Elite to return the original sale deed of two plots and pay ₹35,000 in compensation. The ruling followed a complaint from Dr. Suresh Babu Kothuri, who was charged an agreed price of ₹8,000 per sq yard, contrary to the developer's claim of ₹13,000. The developer must comply within 45 days.
