Luigi Mangione pleaded guilty to fatally shooting UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in Manhattan. He admitted to federal stalking charges related to the incident, which is part of two criminal cases against him. Mangione is also preparing for a state murder trial scheduled for September 2024.
