ICICI Bank Q1 net profit jumps 13.88% to ₹15,440 crore
ICICI Bank reported a consolidated net profit of ₹15,440 crore for the June quarter, marking a 13.88% increase from ₹13,558 crore a year earlier. The bank's standalone net profit rose 15.95% to ₹14,804 crore, driven by a 12.7% increase in net interest income to ₹24,384 crore and a 14% growth in deposits. The gross non-performing assets ratio improved to 1.38%, reflecting enhanced asset quality.
