INDIA bloc lunch at Delhi’s Connaught Place, a hat-trick of SIR protest
Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge hosted a lunch for INDIA bloc MPs at Moets in Connaught Place on October 8, 2026, following a previous meeting that led to a protest. The gathering aims to maintain pressure on the government regarding Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar's resignation over voter roll issues. A protest is planned post-lunch, with more parties expected to join.
