India ships organic palmyra jaggery powder from Erode to Bulgaria
India exported 1.755 tonnes of organic palmyra jaggery powder from Erode, Tamil Nadu, to Varna, Bulgaria, on October 15. The commerce ministry noted that this traditional sweetener, derived from palm tree blossom nectar, presents nutritional benefits and potential for wider international market acceptance. This shipment marks a step towards expanding India's organic product exports.
