India summoned Russia's charge d’affaires to protest the killing of four Indian seafarers aboard the MV Golden Leo, which was struck by a Russian missile off Ukraine's coast. The Ministry of External Affairs deemed the attack unacceptable, marking the first deaths of Indian sailors since the onset of the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
