IndiQube Spaces to invest up to ₹35 crore in SaiEdge Realty for 49% stake
IndiQube Spaces approved an investment of up to ₹35 crore in SaiEdge Realty for a 49% stake, as per a regulatory filing. The investment will be made through equity shares and/or convertible securities, aimed at participating in a commercial real estate opportunity. SaiEdge will develop office space, which IndiQube plans to lease upon completion.
