IndiQube To Invest ₹35 Cr In Office Space Developer SaiEdge Realty
IndiQube Spaces' board approved a ₹35 crore investment in SaiEdge Realty for a 49% stake. This investment will support the development of commercial office spaces that IndiQube plans to lease. The investment will occur in cash, in multiple tranches, and is part of IndiQube's strategy to expand its workspace offerings.
