Indore: 8.5% rise in property registrations in last four months

Indore's real estate sector saw an 8.5% rise in property registrations in the first four months of the fiscal year, totaling 58,549 documents compared to 53,925 in the same period last year. This surge generated over ₹100 crore in revenue for the state registration department, with July alone contributing ₹252.47 crore. Senior registrar Amaresh Naidu noted that the increase was driven by activity in developing zones, while central areas experienced a slight decline in sales.
