Infosys profit rises 12% in June quarter; Ashiss Kumar Dash named CEO designate
Infosys Ltd reported a 12.2% year-on-year increase in net profit to ₹7,769 crore for the June quarter, despite an 8.6% sequential decline from the previous quarter. The company also appointed Ashiss Kumar Dash as CEO Designate, set to succeed Salil Parekh on April 1, 2027. However, Infosys lowered its FY27 revenue growth guidance to a range of 1.5-3% amid ongoing global uncertainty and subdued discretionary spending.
