JLR India starts local production of Defender, prices start from ₹99 lakh
Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) India began local production of the Defender, reducing its price by up to ₹34 lakh for the fully loaded model. The SUV will be available with petrol and diesel engine options ranging from 2.0-litre to 3.0-litre. This move aims to enhance JLR's competitiveness in the Indian market, with prices starting at ₹99 lakh.
