Kissht’s Next Growth Play: Better Borrowers, Lower Costs & Loan Against Property
Kissht is shifting its strategy to prioritize higher-quality borrowers and expand its loan against property (LAP) business while reducing borrowing costs. The company has resumed lending in 180 previously paused pincodes and reported a 59% year-on-year increase in net profit to ₹95.1 crore for Q1 FY27. This transition aims to enhance profitability and sustainability as Kissht moves from hyper-growth to a more disciplined lending model.
