Knowledge Realty Trust reported over 16% revenue growth and an 18% increase in EBITDA and net operating income since its IPO, according to CEO Shirish Godbole. The company aims to improve occupancy from 92% to 95-96% and has 2.6 million sq ft under development, with significant deliveries expected this year and next. Godbole noted the REIT's leverage of about 18% allows for potential acquisitions if suitable assets become available.
