Knowledge Realty Trust’s NOI rises 15% to ₹1,111.7 crore in Q1 FY27
Knowledge Realty Trust reported a 15% year-on-year increase in net operating income to ₹1,111.7 crore for Q1 FY27, with total revenue rising to ₹1,243.1 crore. The board approved a distribution of ₹751.63 crore, equating to ₹1.695 per unit, with 84% of this being tax-efficient for unitholders. Portfolio occupancy improved to 93%, bolstered by strong leasing activity, including 1.4 million sq. ft. of gross leasing during the quarter.
