Knowledge Realty Trust's sponsors plan to sell up to 111 crore units, or 25.03% of its unit capital, through an offer for sale starting August 31, 2026. The base offer is valued at approximately ₹7,992 crore, with an oversubscription option potentially raising the total to ₹11,988 crore. This move aims to meet SEBI's public unitholding requirements.
