Ather Energy launched the Konarc, its first electric scooter offering 200 kilometers of range, starting at ₹1 lakh. Co-founder Tarun Mehta emphasized that this model aims to make electric vehicles mainstream, directly competing with established brands like TVS and Bajaj. Ather's largest shareholder, Hero MotoCorp, announced a fresh investment of up to ₹1,758 crore, increasing its stake to 32.8%.
