Lenskart leases 88,343 sq ft office space in Delhi Aerocity’s Worldmark 6
Lenskart Solutions has leased 88,343 sq ft of office space in Worldmark 6, Aerocity, Delhi, from Alborz Developers, with the lease starting on April 1, 2026, for nine years. The company will pay a starting rent of ₹210 per sq ft per month, amounting to approximately ₹1.86 crore monthly, and the total gross rental value is estimated at ₹232 crore over the lease term. The agreement includes a 10-month fit-out period, a 36-month lock-in, and 88 allocated car parking spaces.
