Lloyds Realty leases 1.82 lakh sq ft office tower in Mumbai to Smartworks
Lloyds Realty Developers signed a 15-year lease with Smartworks Coworking Spaces for its commercial tower, The Square, in Andheri East, Mumbai, covering 1,82,300 sq ft. This agreement brings the building to 100% occupancy and is projected to generate over ₹600 crore in rental revenue over the lease period. The Square features three basements, nine office floors, and additional amenities like a cafe and landscaped terrace garden.
