Lucknow development body plans levy charge to fund pending works in Sushant Golf City
The Lucknow Development Authority plans to impose a Rs 1,150 per square metre 'completion charge' for property owners in Sushant Golf City to fund pending development works. This proposal, benefiting over 10,000 exempted EWS and LIG plot holders, will be discussed in an upcoming board meeting. The collected funds will be used for further development, not as revenue.
