LuLu leases hypermarket space at Greater Noida Mall for 15 years at nearly ₹51 crore
LuLu International Shopping Malls leased 62,035 sq ft at I-Thums Galleria in Greater Noida for 15 years at nearly ₹51 crore. The lease includes a monthly rent of ₹26.41 lakh and a 9% escalation every three years. The hypermarket is set to open after a 240-day fit-out period, with plans for 25 outlets in Delhi-NCR by 2030.
