Max Estates signed a memorandum of understanding for a joint development agreement on a 9.76-acre site in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, with a gross development value of ₹2,500-3,000 crore. The project will yield approximately 1.5 million sq ft of development and will utilize a revenue-sharing model. This marks Max Estates' expansion into Ghaziabad, enhancing its presence in the NCR region.
