MHADA lottery 2026: Results for 2,640 affordable homes in Mumbai to be announced on August 6
The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) will announce the results of its 2026 lottery for 2,640 affordable homes in Mumbai on August 6 at noon. Over 97,000 applications were received for these homes, with 69,526 applicants submitting Earnest Money Deposits. The lottery results will be broadcast live on YouTube and announced offline in Bandra, with apartments priced between ₹29 lakh and ₹4 crore across various Mumbai locations.
