The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) announced the results of its 2026 lottery for 2,640 affordable homes today at noon. A total of 97,613 applications were received, with 69,526 Earnest Money Deposits submitted by prospective buyers. The lottery results can be viewed live on YouTube and will also be announced offline in Bandra.
