Mhada to redevelop Pratiksha Nagar on its own
The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (Mhada) will redevelop Pratiksha Nagar independently, retaining control over the 25-hectare area with 10,000 residential units. This project marks a shift to the Engineering, Procurement and Construction model, allowing Mhada to manage the redevelopment while addressing dilapidated buildings and potentially accommodating unauthorized families. The first phase will prioritize unsafe structures.
