Michelin launches made-in-India Primacy 5 tyre for passenger cars
Michelin launched the Primacy 5, its first locally manufactured passenger car tyre in India, priced from ₹10,000. This tyre, available in sizes from 16 to 22 inches, boasts an 8-meter shorter wet braking distance than competitors and enhances fuel efficiency in internal combustion engine vehicles by 6.5%. Michelin plans to introduce more locally made products, including the Pilot Sport 4 SUV and Pilot Sport 5, in the coming phases.
