Mom’s Belief operator files IPO papers with Sebi, to fund 319 new child therapy centres
Rays of Belief, operating as Mom’s Belief, filed its Red Herring Prospectus with Sebi for an IPO to raise funds for 319 new child therapy centres. The IPO will issue up to 52.30 lakh equity shares, with proceeds aimed at expanding services in Tier II and III cities. The company plans to enhance access to neurodevelopmental care by FY29.
