Mumbai luxury real estate: ₹10 crore-plus home sales jump 12% to a record ₹18,512 crore in H1 2026

A total of 957 luxury homes were sold, marking a 26% rise year-on-year, with the ₹20-40 crore price bracket seeing the highest demand. The market has nearly doubled in size over the past five years, with prices moderating by around 4% in CY2026 after a significant appreciation in previous years.
