Mumbai: ₹1,351 crore bid for Century Mills plot to come up before BMC panel on August 12
Peddar Realty Ltd submitted the highest bid of ₹1,351 crore for a 30-year lease of the Century Mills plot, which will be reviewed by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) on August 12. The BMC set a reserve price of ₹1,348 crore, and four developers participated in the bidding process. The redevelopment includes the rehabilitation of mill workers' families currently residing on the site, which has been vacant since the mill's closure in 2006.
