Nagpur civic body seizes properties of tax defaulters in recovery drive
Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) intensified its property tax recovery drive on Thursday, seizing properties of defaulters and recovering ₹1.51 crore. The initiative, targeting ₹1,000 crore in outstanding dues, prioritizes major commercial properties, with seizure proceedings initiated against those with large arrears. The drive will continue until September 30, urging property owners to settle dues promptly.
