NCLT approves Aspect JV's resolution plan for Radius & Deserve Land Developers
The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) approved the resolution plan of Bharadvaja Buildcon LLP for Radius & Deserve Land Developers, concluding a corporate insolvency process initiated in May 2023. The plan, backed by IDBI Trusteeship Services, involves a resolution value of ₹352.50 crore against admitted claims of over ₹3,255.82 crore. Secured creditors will receive constructed free-sale area instead of cash, as part of the slum rehabilitation project in Mumbai.
