NCR housing sales fall 11% to 35,574 units in Jan-Sep 2026: Report
Housing sales in the National Capital Region (NCR) fell 11% year-on-year to 35,574 units from January to September 2026, according to Knight Frank India. The decline was largely attributed to a shift in developer focus towards higher price segments, particularly in Gurugram, which saw a significant drop in sales. The market is expected to recalibrate as demand remains steady in the ₹2-5 crore segment.
