Nepal sends new flood warning after Tibet dam breach
Nepal authorities issued a flood warning as water levels in the Bhote Koshi River rose, following a dam breach in Tibet. The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority reported increased flood risks due to rising muddy water, urging evacuations.
