Nepal's Solar Project suffers major damage
Flash floods in Nepal severely damaged the Nuwakot Solar Project, burying much of it under debris, confirmed Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle. The floods have devastated energy infrastructure and caused loss of life, prompting rescue efforts for those trapped in hydropower projects. Wagle noted that India has provided significant aid, including three cargo planes, to support rescue operations.
