No fuel without PUC in Delhi: What this certificate says about your vehicle
The Delhi government mandated that fuel outlets supply fuel only to vehicles with a valid Pollution Under Control Certificate (PUCC) year-round. This initiative, announced by Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa, aims to combat air pollution, alongside a construction ban from December 10, 2026, to January 20, 2027. The policy will be enforced at all 500 petrol pumps in Delhi.
