No RWA polls for a decade, extra units in Express Garden Apartment, Allahabad HC seeks replies
The Allahabad High Court directed the developer of Express Garden Apartment to submit an affidavit regarding the construction of 667 flats instead of the sanctioned 536. The court also demanded a response from the Apartment Owners Association (AOA) over allegations of holding office without elections since 2015. Both affidavits are due by the next hearing on Nov 5.
