Noida Twin Towers demolition firm Edifice to raze tilted Bengaluru tower; ₹20 crore rebuild, buyers to get compensation
Edifice Engineering, known for demolishing Noida's Supertech Twin Towers, will dismantle the tilted 18-storey SNN Raj Etternia tower in Bengaluru, which the developer has opted to rebuild. The demolition is expected to take five to six months, followed by an 18-month reconstruction at an estimated cost of ₹20 crore, with financial compensation provided to the 49 affected homebuyers. This decision comes just three months after the tower received its Occupancy Certificate, despite all apartments being sold and ready for handover.
