Notandas Realty directors acquire Juhu bungalow Villa Wilson for ₹135 crore
Mahesh Jagwani and Harsh Jagwani, directors of Notandas Realty, acquired Villa Wilson in Juhu, Mumbai, for ₹135 crore. This purchase marks their second bungalow acquisition in the area this year, following the earlier acquisition of Leela Bungalow for ₹221 crore. The company intends to redevelop the property with the help of international architects.
