The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) reported a 7% increase in consolidated profit after tax (PAT) to ₹3,120 crore for the June quarter, driven by higher transaction fee revenue. Total income rose 9% year-on-year to ₹5,252 crore, with transaction charges contributing ₹3,623 crore. The exchange is preparing for a ₹30,000 crore initial public offering (IPO) as it settles long-standing regulatory issues with SEBI, including a ₹1,491.21 crore settlement for co-location cases.
