OpenAI alleged that a former employee who joined Apple sent over 100 files about an unreleased product to a personal account and later presented this information to Apple leadership. OpenAI expressed concern that its trade secrets may influence Apple's AI products, including the recently released HomeView. The case is expected to go to trial in June 2027.
