Over 24,000 Vijayawada families get ownership rights to decades-old house sites
On Wednesday, Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu granted ownership rights to 24,057 families in Vijayawada under the ‘Pedalaku Pattabhishekam’ programme. This regularisation covers 617 acres and is valued at ₹9,800 crore, with a market value of ₹24,297 crore. The initiative aims to resolve long-standing ownership issues, providing legal security for residents' properties.
