Oxygen runs out, helpless father watches son die in government ambulance
A father witnessed his 21-year-old son die in a government ambulance in Madhya Pradesh after the oxygen supply allegedly ran out. The deceased, Ajit Baraiya, suffered from chronic kidney disease and was being transported to a hospital when the incident occurred. A four-member inquiry has been ordered to investigate the ambulance service's protocols and maintenance procedures.
