Pak top court orders Imran Khan be moved to hospital
The Supreme Court of Pakistan ordered the transfer of former Prime Minister Imran Khan to a hospital from jail, addressing health concerns raised by his family and party. Khan, 73, has been imprisoned since August 2023 due to various convictions he claims are politically motivated. He is to be moved to Shifa International Hospital within 48 hours and remain there until September 16.
